3. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for providing all required documents in the correct format and ensuring their authenticity.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We handle your personal information with strict confidentiality and in compliance with data protection laws. Your data will only be used for UDID application purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required for application processing.

5. Processing Time & Expectations

While we strive for quick processing, actual UDID card issuance timelines depend on government authorities. We cannot guarantee specific timelines for card issuance but will keep you updated on progress.

6. Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins. Refunds may be considered only if we are unable to provide the service due to reasons within our control, such as technical issues or service unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by government authorities, incorrect information provided by clients, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.
